A Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, and Harry Potter Themed Mural for Maya’s Nursery

A San Diego couple approached me and asked if I could paint a mural in their nursery using themes and landscapes from three of their favorite fantasy novels, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, and Harry Potter. After doing some quick research, I came up with a rough sketch of what would come to be this final mural design. I installed this mural (plus a bookshelf tree) in one weekend! I went over on Friday to prep the walls and buy paint, then Saturday and Sunday I painted for around 13 hours. I used a projector and homemade stencils to get many of the images onto the wall, and I’m so happy with how it turned out. Want me to paint an epic mural in your home? Message me!
